Men's and Women's Soccer Earn Spots In NSCAA Regional Top-10
Men check in at number seven; women number six in first NSCAA Regional Poll of 2010

Bridgeport, Conn.-Both the University of Bridgeport men's and women's soccer teams are ranked in the NCAA Division II East Region Top-10 by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) in the first regional poll of the 2010 season.
The Bridgeport men's squad, under the direction of
eleventh-year head coach Brian Quinn who earned
his 100th career win on Saturday night by virtue of the Purple
Knights' 2-1 win over Felician, are ranked seventh in the
region. The UB men are 2-0 on the season, and play at
Southern New Hampshire on Wednesday afternoon.
The Bridgeport women, under the direction of twelfth-year head coach Magnus Nilerud, are 1-1 on the season, and they check in at number six in the region. The UB women play their 2010 home opener on Tuesday night against St. Anselm.
