Dowling Takes A Pair From Purple Knights

Brookhaven, NY-The University of Bridgeport
softball team lost an East Coast Conference doubleheader at Dowling
College on Wednesday afternoon, falling in game one, 10-1, and
losing game two, 7-0. UB is now 3-41 overall and 3-23 in the
ECC.
In game one, freshman Taylor McBeth (Langley,
BC, Canada) drove in the Purple Knights' lone run of the
day.
UB will close out the 2010 season at Mercy College on Saturday
afternoon.
