UB Men's & Women's Swimming Squads Ranked In CSCAA National Top-25's
Men Remain At Number Eight; Women Check In At Number 23
Evanston, Ill.-The University of Bridgeport men's swimming team remains ranked number eight in the nation in the Division II College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Poll that was released on Wednesday, December 21, 2011. The Purple Knight men were also ranked number eight in the country in the season's first poll that was released in November.
After receiving votes in this season's inaugural national poll, the UB women have moved into the Top-25 at number 23
The CSCAA national poll is produced by a panel of coaches from the major conferences in Division II as well as a group of at-large representatives.
Both Bridgeport swim teams are back in the pool on January 4, 2012 at the College Invitational which will be held in Daytona Beach, Florida.
