Megan Kreitler Named CACC Women's Lacrosse Player Of The Week

New Haven, Conn.-University of Bridgeport women's lacrosse standout Megan Kreitler (Grad., Shelton, Conn.) has been named as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Week for her outstanding play in games that took place April 3-9, 2023.

In the Purple Knights only action last week, a 21-16 win at Post University on April 5, Megan netted an impressive nine goals to help UB to the victory.

So far in 2023, she leads the team in goals scored with 36, and Kreitler has also chipped in three assists to tally a total of 39 points on the year.

The UB women's lacrosse team is back in action at home tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11 at 4:00 p.m. when the Purple Knights host Wilmington (Del.) University in a CACC contest.
