Drollinger and Beatrix Tabbed Purple Knights of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Following standout performances, both on the court and on the field, Jaden Drollinger of the University of Bridgeport's volleyball team and Enzo Beatrix of the men's soccer squad have been selected as the Purple Knights of the Week, for the week ending Sept. 29.

Beatrix helped lead UB to a 2-0 stretch last week. The Frenchman totaled three goals, including both tallies in a 2-0 win at previously undefeated Jefferson on Saturday. Beatrix now leads the Purple Knights this season with 12 points off five goals and two assists.

Drollinger, meanwhile, did a little bit of everything for UB during a 2-2 week. The senior averaged 10.13 assists and 2.80 digs per set while also totaling 12 kills and eight service aces. Drollinger continues to lead the CACC in assists per set (9.60) this season while ranking second in aces per set (0.62).
