UB Men Continue Strong Showing In NCAA Division II Men's Basketball National Polls
Purple Knights Now Ranked 15 And 18 In National Polls
Bridgeport, Conn.-The University of Bridgeport men's basketball team continued shine both NCAA Division II national polls this week, as the Purple Knights are ranked 15 in the D2SIDA Top-25 Media Poll for the second straight week, and they moved up two spots to number 18 in the country in the NABC (National Association of Basketball Coaches) Top-25.
This week, head Coach Mike Ruane and his team, winners of 12 straight contests and with a 21-4 overall record, will play host to Mercy College on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in Hubbell Gym.
