Bridgeport's Track and Field Squads Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honors
UB’s men finished with a cumulative GPA of 3.45 while the Bridgeport women finished with a cumulative GPA of 3.3.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – University of Bridgeport's men's and women's track and field teams, following solid seasons in competition and in the classroom, have earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors for 2023-24.
UB's men finished with a cumulative GPA of 3.45 and the Bridgeport women finished with a mark of 3.3 to earn both Purple Knight squads the All-Academic Team honors once again this year.
To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
Earlier this summer, UB's track and field teams put a total of 14 student-athletes on the CACC's Academic Honor Roll for the spring 2024 semester.
