Bridgeport Women's Basketball Ranked Number 10 In East Region By The NCAA

Indianapolis, Indiana-The University of Bridgeport women's basketball team is ranked tenth in the East Region in the first NCAA Regional rankings of the 2012-13 season.  The Purple Knights, who return to the court on Saturday afternoon at St. Thomas Aquinas College, have a 15-8 overall record so far this season.

The NCAA will release two more regional polls on February 27 and March 6 this season.
