BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – In recognition of standout performances on the field this spring, four members of the University of Bridgeport's women's lacrosse team were selected to CACC All-Conference Teams for the 2025 campaign as announced by the league on Tuesday.
UB's duo of Tara Dimaio and Kaley Maxwell were tabbed to the first team while Max McDermott and Emily Stuart were each voted to the second team.
Dimaio, who earns first-team honors for the second straight year, led Bridgeport in a plethora of statistical categories. She finished in the top-five of the league in all three of the categories listed above, including the second-most CTs in the conference. Dimaio had five games this season with at least six points, including a season-high nine (8G, A) in a win at AIC.
Dimaio was recognized twice by the CACC during the year, being named the league's Defensive Player of the Week on March 17 and the conference's Co-Player of the Week on April 17.
Maxwell, meanwhile, served as UB's defensive leader during her sophomore season.
