Men's Wrestling Competes at Prestigious Midwest Classic

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Facing a field of wrestlers that included 21 nationally ranked teams, the University of Bridgeport's men's wrestling squad competed in the prestigious Midwest Classic this weekend (Dec. 13-14) in Indianapolis. The 46^th annual event was located inside the Nicoson Hall and the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center on the campus of UIndy.

INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS

Matthew Ryan (157 lbs) and Daniel Mahoney (149 lbs) each led UB with one victory in their brackets. Ryan posted a 10-3 decision of UIndy's Luke Robards while Mahoney earned a pin versus Greyson Williams of Shorter.
