BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Playing a second home conference game this week, the University of Bridgeport's women's soccer team stayed unbeaten in the CACC with a 2-1 win over Georgian Court on Saturday afternoon. The victory pushes the Purple Knights' record to 2-1-2 this season, including a 2-0 mark in the conference.
UB's offense was fueled by a pair of goals from senior Chloe Oudin. She provided the Purple Knights with a 1-0 lead in the fourth minute before notching the game-winner in the 76th minute.
Sophomore Luiza Macedo notched the assist on Oudin's second tally which broke a 1-1 tie after Georgian Court scored early in the second half.
