Ying Shen Named Honorable Mention AVCA All-American
Sophomore's Outstanding Played Helped UB To Its Fourth Straight NCAA East Regional Final

Bridgeport, Conn.-University of Bridgeport sophomore Ying Shen (Nanjing, China) has been named a 2012 Honorable Mention All-America selection by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).
Shen, a First Team All-East Coast Conference pick plus and AVCA and Daktronics All-East Region selection, helped the Purple Knights to their fourth consecutive spot in the NCAA Division II Championship Tournament East Regional Final this year.
