Katarina Krstonosic Named ECC Women's Volleyball Player Of The Week
Earned A Spot On The All-Tournament Team At Cal. (Pa.) U. Vulcan Invititational
Central Islip, N.Y.-University of Bridgeport junior Katarina Krstonosic (Kikinda, Serbia) has been selected as this week's East Coast Conference Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for her outstanding play during matches from September 7 to September 13, 2015.
Krstonosic led all players at the 2015 Vulcan Invitational with a total of 68 kills in four matches over the weekend averaging 4.25 kills per set with .238 attack percentage. She also had 54 digs, four service aces and one block assist in the four matches in which UB went 2-2. Katarina also amassed a double-double with kills and digs in three of the four matches and earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
Katarina and her teammates will be in action this week at the University of New Haven on Wednesday night.
