New Haven, Conn.-As they have been throughout the month of September, the University of Bridgeport Purple Knights are well-represented in this week's listing of Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Fall Sports Awards, as five UB student-athletes earned weekly CACC recognition in their sports for their outstanding play in contests that took place from September 18-125, 2023.

A pair of Bridgeport women's soccer standouts were recognized by the CACC this week, as junior Kate Thill (Goetzingen, Luxembourg) earned Player of the Week accolades, and freshman Antia Lopez (Galicia, Spain) brought home Goalkeeper of the Week honors.
